As i have created my profile thrice in EE, so should i answer "yes" to the question " before applied to CIC."

I am already in canada, work permit with lmo.Do i need to fill that question?

No you should answer No to that question. U have not applied unless your UID is generated.

If you have a job offer you dont need to show funds.
but if you do want to show funds, amount depends on no. of dependants.

as mentioned on check list my job duties are suppose to be mentioned on my experience certificate but in my case apart from date of joining and date of resignation , my designation and rest of details. I cant even go back and ask my HR for generating all these

If your HR cant mention duties. Ask any of your senior to write a letter of refrence and mentiin your duties on that. If even it isnt possible write your duties in an affidavit and atttach your HR LETTER with it.

once again,i have job offer with lmo.I am the one principle applicant,no one come with me.so i don't fill anything on that question, i just leave it blank.Is that ok?

Thanks for making such an elaborate post on FAQs. It is very helpful.

There is one thing though which is radically different from what I have read on this website as well as heard from immigration law videos on Youtube etc. That is your FAQ # 9. Could you please cite a reference for this?

9) WORK EXPERIENCE IS COUNTED FOR ONLY ONE OCCUPATION YOU ARE INTENDING TO APPLY!
e.g IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE= 1 YEAR IN 1212, 1 YEAR IN 2148, 2 YEARS IN 0911 AND YOUR INTENDED OCCUPATION IS 0911, ONLY YOUR TWO YEARS EXPERIENCES WILL BE ACCOUNTED FOR, BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO MENTION ALL YOUR OCCUPATION WHILE FILLING UP THE ONLINE FORM.

My understanding is this:

Your experience relevance depends upon the immigration category in which you intend to apply. For instance, if you intend to apply under FSW, then so long as your experience is in 0, A, B category jobs on NOC, you can add up experience in all such jobs (multiple NOC codes) to claim the experience points. However, you must have completed at least 12 months equivalent full time paid employment in at least one of those codes.

Under CRS in EE, you can again add up your experience in jobs with multiple NOC codes (0, A and B category) to claim points for "skills transferability".

I read that the work experience doesn't count for FSWP while you are studying, but I Finished my studies in 2013 and received my diploma a year later, and I have been working ever since I finished, does anyone knows if this experience counts for FSWP?

P.S: My diploma has the date of 2014, not 2013 when I finished.

I am on closed work permit since April 2014 through a positive LMO (That was before they changed to LMIA) and my employer gave me a job offer. My question is can i use the job offer to apply for EE since the job is valid until April 2016 or i need another job offer with a positive LMIA.

My second question i had applied for CEC in 2014 application is under second review can someone go ahead and apply in EE under CEC.
