Hi,

I am facing the problem in entering my last name to create the profile. All my documents including passport only have my first name.
There is no last name. But when i create a profile it does not lets me proceed further if i leave the field blank it does not let me proceed further. Please suggest how do i go by creating profile. Please help,

Please help me out .I made two mistakes

1)While submitting the details in online I made a big mistake that I had given wrong date of birth ( only date changed) .Later I realized the mistake and dropped the mail in customer care.They reverted me that Wes will consider details in academic forms.However I had not submitted any certificates pertaining to date of birth .

2) In wes academic request form in place of "institution name " I had written college name instead of university name.

No I am totally worried about these issues.Can any given me the suggestion?? Please....

How to sort out this issue

1) Dont worry about your Date of Birth.they will correct it! good you dropped a mail to WES about it.

2) you can write either college name or university name, dont worry.

Thanks for your reply. I have following details and system is still marking me ineligible don't know why
Bachelors degree with ECA report
IELTS: L:9 R:7 S:6.5 W 6.5
Work experience 4 years in NOC 2173


Any idea?

Looking at you IELTS score and experience you are good!
Please make sure while filling form you dont do any mistake, even a minor one can change the scenario.

Dear Zahan,

Do you have valid ECA report and IELTS report becoz if you put wrong report number it may say ineligible!

Dear Smiley,

I had the same problem. Only given name no Family name..

Please put your Given name in Family name Column and write "Not Applicable" in Given name Column everywhere you come across name section in the form.
It is as suggested by the CIC website in Help section!

you are scoring 22

L-9 = clb10 => score=6
R-7 = clb9 => score=6
S-6.5 = clb8 => score=5
W-6.5 = clb8 => score=5

total=22

what about your experience?

Is your experience in a single noc or is it in multiple NOCs, becoz in EE they consider only experience of a single NOC.

my 9th FAQ says:-

WORK EXPERIENCE IS COUNTED FOR ONLY ONE OCCUPATION YOU ARE INTENDING TO APPLY!
e.g IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE= 1 YEAR IN 1212, 1 YEAR IN 2148, 2 YEARS IN 0911 AND YOUR INTENDED OCCUPATION IS 0911, ONLY YOUR TWO YEARS EXPERIENCES WILL BE ACCOUNTED FOR, BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO MENTION ALL YOUR OCCUPATION WHILE FILLING UP THE ONLINE FORM.
