Dear Sumit,

I tried as you suggested i.e. changed my name details in application and signature space also ... but still the same error is coming.
What can be the issue ... please help if possible.

have you tried changing your browser? if not try it now, install the latest chrome , mozilla or IE and try again, sometimes there is a problem with the browser too..

I have done some mistake regarding years of my job experiences and that's why its showing ineligible. what to do now?

No need to withdraw the application. You can modify the content of the application even after submission. Click on view my submitted application, change the data and click Transmit.

Thanks once again for your reply.
Yes, i had clicked 2 agree buttons and using latest chrome, cleared all history of cookies/ cache etc.

I have submitted my EE on 12th Jan 2015..linked it with job bank on 13th Jan 2015 and my score is 364 and today on 15th Jan I got the update in my application for ITA status :- "No invitation at this time"..Can someone please clarify why its changed to this status,has draw already happened ? or is it normal and everyone have this status before 1st draw supposed to happen on 26th Jan ?

Guide says - No invitation at this time means that you have not been invited to apply at this time..so does this status means I am not eligible and already out of race for Jan draw ?

This is pretty much normal until unless your application status is something other than "OPEN". ITA status will be "No invitation at this time" from the time you submit you application and will remain same until you get an invitation.

I tried to modify contents, but it does not allow me, I after changing data,I pressed Next but it does not save or I could not find the transmit button.

Even after pressing save and exit button it goes to previous status and new information is not updated.

What to do now? do you know how to cancel an account or withdraw an application?

I can not find the cancel button or do not know how to cancel my GC Key.

Thanks a lot ! Finally I am able to submit the profile.

What are the next steps for registering in JOB BANK ... should I register in same way as for EE profile i.e. First/given name --> Not applicable and Last Name --> my given name in passport ?

Is there any validation code etc. also required to register in job bank ?

Pls reply ASAP.

I shall be applying for ECA report from WES shortly, and before I do that I just need to be clear with my situation maybe someone here be able to help me out.

I got my Masters from Australian University and attended the course at its off-shore campus in India.
Received two marksheet from off-shore campus and one marketsheet (final) from Australian university.

I'm somewhat confused to whom shall I reach-out to obtain official transcripts:
1. Australian University
2. Off-shore Campus in India
3. Both
Also what course duration (from-to) should i need to fill-up in request for transcript form

Or should I don't report masters at all in ECA assessment?

Please I have question about ECA assessment. I have already done an ECA Assessment of my Masters degree which I have received back already. Do I need to still do an Assessment of my Bachelors degree which I obtained before the Masters?
