Unfortunately you can not do anything.. If they have asked about these documents then they definitely need them. I was also asked to provide proof about my relative's current residence in Canada Which I had to provide..no way around.. You won't be able to claim points on your uncle's base unless you provide these document.. Plus I think you can't get 3+5 points for your spouse education and relative since I guess it states either spouses education or her relative..so u can only get 5 points there I guess but not sure...

I think he can get point for spouse education
He can also get point if he/spouse got 1st blood at CANADA who will help them to b established at Canada(relative must stay at Canada to help him its logical)

Alright just rechecked it so he can either claim points for his relative or his spouses relative and not both...

I got 5 points from my spouse masters degree
I got also 5 points from my aunt who is at CANADA
Both r Adaptability points

Yes you can get points for these two but not for both your relative and spouse's relative ..

Dear All:
Can anyone help me to expalain what "V.O. Deadline" mean? I have just recieved a medical test request( not done yet). I couldn't take exam right away cos I am on my business trip. :'(
The paper shows that the medical check have to be done whithin 45 days. Does that mean as long as I take the check by the deadline?

My elder brother is a Canadian P R card holder. Once he lived in Canada but at present he doesn't live in Canada. (Again he'll go to Canada ) I have his PR card photocopy and his residence address papers where he lived in Canada.
Can I claim 5 points ? With this documents ( According to relative )

If he don't go back during the processing time of you application.you can't claim points.since you will be asked at a later date to provide evidence of your brother's current residence in Canada. Without providing that you can not claim points...

Hi Firefly29,

The VO dead line is nothing but the time frame given by VO to complete the procedure and you make sure to reach the info required by them.
When they send MR they give 45 days to under go medical & the results should reach them with in that time.
You can take the medial in any part of the world designated my CIC/CIO.
Do not delay and do not take it light.
If they don't get medicals in deal line they will close your file and stop processing your case.
You have to apply fresh.

Hi rabeya,

You can claim 5 points with photocopies of valid PR card & current utility bills like telephone, rent agreement, etc.
This is to prove that currently he is staying in Canada.
I agree & second sohail-khan86 & casayed's views.

Where does your brother live now and how long he is outside Canada?
