Dear Fellow,

I just submitted my application for study permit today in Karachi. Fedex people gave me a form to fill by the name of family tree which was not included in the application online. Any ways, I have a sister in USA who is a co sponsor of mine and she has lived in Canada as a permanent resident for an year back in 2003. Now her PR has expired. Besides I have a brother in USA. Myself, my parents and a brother of mine are living here in Pakistan. I have disclosed all the above informaiton correctly in the family tree form. Would my sister and brother (both married) living in USA have a negative inpact on my application.

Iam really worried as my US visa was rejected for the same reason that your family is in US and I might not come back. Currently I am employed here in karachi. Please give your opinion on my case.

Regards.

You may be granted / refused visa at the discretion of the VO. People get away with these things easily but some get caught when least expected. Pray to Allah and hope for the best.

Cheers ;-)

even i have my sister who is married and is in US and my visitor visa got rejected first time but i got it second time and have even visited them!!! so relax this is no reason to worry!!!!!

There are no hard and fast rules at work. other aspects of your application do matter. Now there is nothing much we can do about your case(as u have already filed your case) apart from offering our wishes and prayers!

hey guys,

My mamu's brother in law will be my sponsor in Canada. We have good family terms though, but I heard that I will be asked to provide family tree. Should I include that in my documents?? From where I will get that and what will be the procedure?

Thanks

Where are you from?

In Pakistan, NADRA issues family trees. I was suprized to see that Danish Ali had to fill the form at FEDEX office. I was not asked to fill such forms from people working at FEDEX.

On Affidavit of support, my elder brother mentioned that I was his biological brother and it was notarized. Whatever information was written on it stood legal to the world, I suppose.

I did not send such a form.

@ asad

exactly, FedEx have nothing to do with the family tree, they are just a courier company delivering your application and docs to CHC.

I am from Pakistan. Will they question about such a sponsor, as there is no biological relation between me and my sponsor
