Hi,

i am living in canada and my family sister and madar are in india we are from afghanistan my family doesn't have UNHCR Card but they are registered for refugee, how i can sponsor them without refugee card, anyone if have any information or know about any ways will appreciate thank you

if you are a Canadian citizen or a PR living inside Canada....you can apply to sponsor your mother under parents sponsorship.....and if your sister is less than 22 years, your mother could include her as a dependent child.
