If a sponsor moves from one area of the province to another is there someone they must notify before their spouse or independent child arrive in Canada?

See, I live in Ontario. I have two people incoming from the Philippines but have moved recently. I am wondering if I have to tell CIC, as sponsor, where I have moved to. Does anyone know?
