How the immigration department check the experience letter ???
They will often check with the employer. Typically the experience letter would include the contact information, just like a reference letter or a resume. I would strongly advise not faking this letter. It would be better to get legitimate experience. You are seriously putting at risk any chance you ever have at coming into Canada WHEN, not if, they catch you trying to get here by lying your way in.

While the faking of experience should be frowned upon, I'm not sure what your point with this comment is except to be an <expletive deleted>

Why don't you keep your judgement to yourself? Many people leave their countries and have to take something 'below' what their experience or schooling would normally give them. I'm not sure why you think it's your place to judge others especially on a forum whose entire premise is immigration.

Using a fake letter, if it works, would be the absolute worst way to come to Canada. It might get you into Canada but once you're here you still have to find an actual job in your field and with a Bachelors degree from another country and no experience it's going to be super hard. I would apply for the Visa being as truthful as possible using the job offer from your Uncle, but while you wait for the visa and get everything together you really should find a job in your field where you are currently and get some job experience.

Not to mention, lying in your application is just so sleezy. It's why you are having such a negative reaction to your posts here. We are all honest people trying to bring family members like husbands and wives to Canada. Many of the people on these forums have been separated from their spouses for years, we tell the truth and give tons of evidence and still some people are denied and have to appeal. Then we come on here to talk to our fellow people who are going through the same thing as us and we read your message asking for advice on how to properly go about lying in your application for a workers visa. This is the kind of thing that makes people angry. Honest people who just want to have a normal life in Canada with their family have to go through this application hell and wait forever, why? because people like you have lied on applications and made the process stricter and more difficult for the rest of us.

If you are interested in advice on how to truthfully and legally get a visa to Canada, post something to that effect. If not, then this is not the forum for you and you should not continue to post here.

If he's willing to fake experience just so he can land in Canada to work in fast food, he MUST be very desperate to leave his home country. Just stating a fact. There is nothing nasty or inappropriate about stating a fact. He is not coming to Canada because it's always been his dream to see Niagara falls, he is coming to Canada because even working a fastfood job there is better than working in his home country. You are allowing political correctness to blind you to the brutal truth.

Furthermore, I can and will judge. However, mine was not even a judgement but a mere acknowledgement of fact. Faking experience should not just be "frowned upon" as you put it, it is FRAUD and it should be dealt with a blacklisting on his immigration case file. We already have enough cheaters and liars in our country. Properly filling out and immigration form and waiting in line like the rest of us is the only way cases should be accepted. Sorry, but by calling me an <expletive deleted> you are in fact being the judgemental prick. :-*

If you have no respect for Canadian law by commiting FRAUD BEFORE you immigrate, only a fool would think the cheating would stop once he/she has entered Canada. Yes, it is people like these that increase the wait for thousands of honest and legitimate immigrants.

Of course, mate, your fake experience is valid in Canada, as well as fake diplomas, fake pasports, don't forget to take some fake money with you when landed.
They don't give a sh*t about that and they just can't wait for such an "innovative and adventurous" future citizen as you. And to show their appreciation they will even provide you with free accommodation and meals for the next few years when you arrive. Good luck! ;D
