Depends on the reason why you received the fairness letter.

What are the chances to get approve?

Probably pretty slim. IRCC will only send out a PFL after they’ve done their due diligence. If you left out information, then the PFL is appropriate. Probably the best you can hope for is a refusal.

FYI - The explanation was 2 pages and rest of them was passports,stamps and visas because they doubt my travel history. I travelled a lot in last 8 years.
