Hi everyone. I have applied for a spousal sponsorship on 16 feb of 2025. I received my AOR within a month. 3 months into,I was wondering why i haven’t received the biometric instruction letter so I emailed my representative and asked if there was any update. I was informed there was no update and she will notify me when there was. So 3 months after the inquiry, I got a email from my representative, she forwarded me the APR eligibility. I had full faith that she will update me whenever she receive anything from IRCC,so I didn’t email her. 7 months after, I asked for an update,so she sent me the screen shot of the client status tracker and from there I found out that the BIL was issued on June 21,2025 but my representative never sent me the letter, in fact I feel she didn’t even notice that, it was clearly mentioned on the tracker that it was sent out,until I pointed it out.
I am so upset and scared that my application will get refused. I am being told not to worry, take the letter and try to get the biometrics done,when the letter fully says do it within 30 days and it’s now 7 months. Everything has been completed on my application except biometrics and backgrounds.
Please please help me out. Does anybody have solutions or suggestions? Can I put in webform by myself requesting for another BIL?
