failed refugee claim

My refugee claim failed then applied for federal court but it was dismissed then applied for H&C. at the same time cbsa called me in for interview.i did applied for pre removal risk assessment but it is rejected. not long ago they called me in for another interview and asked me to be prepared to leave soon. they havent give me specific date yet but also my H&C case is still in progress.my lawyer seems like he applied for appeal but i know it wont change anything. there are 2 canadian employers want to sponsor me but we dont know if thats possible in my case.

What do you think my options are? can any of these employers sponsor me?

The employers can certainly sponsor you - but that won't stop you from having to leave Canada. Assume they will have to sponsor you once you are outside of Canada.

I don't have the contact information of any employers who are willing to sponsor. If you want to find an employer - you'll have to do this on your own by applying for jobs through reputable jobs sites like indeed and workopolis

being have to leave Canada is totally expected. as long as i know they can sponsor me ill be ok with other circumstances.i believe starting progress while i am here is gonna make things easier in a way. this might help me in a few different ways.such as not having to go to my country,buying me more time for H&C to make decision as my case is only strong as long as i am here.or at the best anywhere else but my country.if i was to leave canada as deported refugee i have only one option and that is going back to my country.
