Can someone be rejected on medical grounds because of the fact the he had facial palsy few years back and still some remains of the palsy are evident on his face, ie not 100% recovered. Please do share if someone has come across such an issue.

Is it the same as Bell's palsy? what i know is its not serious. Most patients recover from this type of paralysis. Your brain is not affected so i guess you need not to really be worried about it,
