Hi all!

I would like to ask about my case, cause it seems to be little tricky. Hopefully someone has got experienced something similar.

I am 28, from Czech Republic (need visitor visa to Canada).

I have been on my working holiday program (WHP) until August 18th 2010. Before it finished, I tried to make my stay longer by sending an application to extend my work permit. Now I am still in Canada, as I have been waiting for response from CIC - implied status. I declared in the application that I wanted to leave the country by 10th of October as I only wanted to finish the summer season.

Meanwhile, things changed. I decided to stay another year working. My employer asked for an LMO for me which we got with positive answer just few days ago. I definitely would like to leave the country by oct 10th and then come back in one month.

My questions are:

- As I haven't heard back for my first (extending) application yet, should I try to just update it with LMO and offer of employment by sending those to CIC? Notice, that I'll be not in country to get the response.
- Is there any restoration of my status to be done in my case?
- Can I asked my embassy back home for working permit visitor vise involving? I mean to deal the situation just with my embassy. I think this could be the best option.
- Is there any problem when leaving country without any approval that my stay has been extended? (I got only application fee receipt)... I got two passports, is it better to use another one than when entering the country?

Hopefully the above its clear and Ill be happy to see any opinion.
Thanks guys, you doing great job here in the forum.

cheers, John.
