I applied my PR with family and they requested passports and i sent passports from pakistan to ottawa bcz at that time we were in Canada but after sometime came to Pakistan and stuck here due to covid and after 7 months i received passports no visa in them and no refusals or acceptance letter, and my cic says still application is in progress can someone please let me know what does this mean? Who to contact?
