No, they didn't. My overall CRS score says 0 and no particular reason. They juts concluded that based on my CRS score, my profile is ineligible.

You are answering one or more question incorrectly or you don't meet the minimum requirements to apply. Check if you have at least 67 points under the FSW points structure.

I have 68 points, and my WES evaluation is still in progress, but I included the reference number in the application. Could that be the reason? Do i have to wait till when the WES evaluation is completed

Yes, that's the reason.

Bonjour !

J'ai un TCF en cours de validité et une évaluation de mon diplôme via WES et je possède une expérience de travail de plus de 6 ans. mais mon profil entrée express est inadmissible et je ne comprends pas où est le souci. Comment faire dans ce cas ?

Hi All,

My brother submitted his application when he just started working here in Canada making him not able to get additional points for Canadian Experience.

Now that he is turning 6 months at his work this February, is there a way for him to update his application for Canadian Experience?

Like maybe update his profile or something or send a mail to IRCC (just thinking out loud). Let me know.

Thanks

So he has a year of Canadian work experience.

So he has a year of Canadian work experience.

Is it atleast 1 year of Canadian Work Experience? He said 6 months Lol.
Sorry, he was the one who submitted the application online so I thought I'd check here just to make sure.

Right now, he has 6 months and counting (he just started working and then submitted the application after a couple of months).

We're just trying to see if he can add more points.

Thanks for the quick response :)

He needs at least 1 year before being qualified for CEC.

If he completes the 1 year Canadian Work Experience after another 6 months, how is he able to update his application?

Can he do it online too? Thanks a lot!

Hi,

I have 3 questions.

1. I have submitted an EOI. My current position LMIA exempt due to intra company transfer. When I do the CRS assessment on the IRCC website, I get 625 points however in my submission, I am only getting 478. Does the fact that I am an intra company transfer negatively impact my score? In the assessment I have 625 but in the application I only have 478 with the CRS Job offer only being 50 instead of 200.

2. In addition, I have been told that my work permit maxes out at 5 years. I came to Canada in May 15 2021 and during that period I was out of the country for approximately 2 months. I have been given until March 14 2026 on my current work permit. What are my options?

3. Can I submit an application for PR to multiple provinces?

He can update his profile but still has just one year.

Was able to ask him about this when I got home. He said its under the tourism and hospitality stream.

Work experience
At the time your application is submitted and at the time the AAIP assesses your application, you must have been working full-time (30 hours per week minimum) with an approved Tourism and Hospitality employer, in one of the eligible occupations, for a minimum of 6 consecutive months (or minimum of 780 hours) the time you apply.
