Express Entry Step by step instructions.

Hello people,

Need your help/advice/suggestion.

I need help for express entry to Canada. My situation is like this I am B.E mechanical engineer. I have one year experience in maintenance and two years experience in mechanical design engineer. Now Actually I am cashier in USA ( not related to my job). But My status is illegal in USA.can I apply for Canada immigration from without fear of rejection. Also I yes then should I mention cashier as job profile in express entry form. One more thing my asset is all on my parents name but that will mine after them also they gave me power of attorney. Can I mention that as my asset. Last thing what is the procedure go about the filling of express entry form.what are documents needed. Please please reply me. Help me out please

2) Your eligibility depends on various factors like your age, education, work experience among others. The 2 posts I mentioned earlier has all the resources you need to check if you are eligible or not.

3) You do not need any documents (other than your IELTS report and your ECA) until you receive your Invitation to Apply. You will receive your ITA only if your Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) >= the CRS cut-off of the draw. The links provided above would explain how to calculate your CRS.

4) Your current illegal status in the US might (or might not) affect your PR process to Canada. Please remember you would have to get a Police Clearance Certificate from FBI as a part of the documentation for your PR application (I am assuming you have stayed in the US for a period of 6 months or more cumulatively).

5) Your funds have to be liquid and in your name (or in a joint account with your spouse). It can be in the form of money in savings account, fixed deposits etc. Immovable assets (like property etc) cannot be used to show POF. Join account with parents might not be accepted.

Have you taken the IELTS? Have you had your education credentials assessed? Do you meet the minimum required funds?

Did RAMANDEEP MARWAH study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada. Help

The second question is asking whether half of your courses were ESL/FSL courses (courses designed to learn/improve your English/French). Answer should be "no"

For most people the answer for the third question is also "no" but if you are indeed required to go back to your home country because of an award then you wouldn't be eligible for the 15 points.

Hiii... how many days it usually takes to start background check in progress.... I received AOR ON NOVEMBER 7TH.... But it still shows background check not needed at this time........

I got my BC PNP confirmation on Dec,6. But the CIC CSR system still says "no province nominee". How can I update my BC PNP 600 score?
It will automatically update or I have to do it manually?

How to get ECA done for Indian people who is illegally in USA.Can I apply online for ECA by fax or scan and email to them. How they do it. They want original certificates or fax or scan and email.can you give me the link or names of location to do it. Please please help

You need to take the IETLS and get your education credentials assessed (ECA). Otherwise you will be deemed ineligible for Express Entry. Most people do it through an agency called WES, do your research on this.

Your cashier experience in the US is irrelevant as it is not skilled work experience. You won't get any points for this.

Can't help you with your police certificate as I do not know if there are complications as you're illegal in the states.
