Hi ,

I married an Canadian Permanent Resident in 2017 and file for Spousal Immigration in December 2017, somehow the things didn't go our way and she filed for divorce in Montreal Court in September 2018 and also withdrawn the spousal immigration case in October last year.
Now my divorce case is still on going in Montreal court and I myself qualify for express entry, my question is can I apply for express entry while I don't have divorce certificate and the case is still open in the court.

PS:- the marriage took place and registered in Pakistan and according to Pakistani Law she is still my wife as neither she nor me filed for divorce in Pakistan

Hi Experts,

I have a BTEC- Level 5 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership certificate from Pearson. The total courses were 7 with 39 credits. Officially it is equivalent to the second year of undergraduate level of studies in UK.

Can anyone pls suggest whether the course will be equivalent to one year college level or postgraduate ECA or not? &

With whom I should do the ECA with? Thanks
If you mind can I ask you if your course was evaluated as postgraduate certificate/dip by authorized bodies of Canada.
As I am also thinking to pursue the same program from Pearson and looking for reviews?

Hi friends, my wes is about to expire in May. Can anyone guide me how to renew, as I have few confusions:

1) Do we need to go Order duplicate IRCC for this ?

2) Does ordering for self is required ? Or just sending to IRCC is enough as it will cost additional $30.

3) If ordering for IRCC, will I be able to see and download the file ?

4) How many days Wes takes for renewing evaluation report ??

Experts kindly answer my questions.

Hi! for applying for Canada Pr you don't need any job offer. There are only specific provinces where you would be needing the job offer, but in general for applying for the PR visa you don't need it.

Hello Guys,
How are you?

I have just received my ITA.

Concerning the personal history section, could you please help me?

CIC states that we need to provide all information starting with the most recente one. However, some activities overlaps the other, is that a problem?
Below I have listed all my activities for the last 10 years, is that ok?

Thank you guys!

I just got an ITA during the last draw and I have a similar difficulty. The span of my first job overlaps my entire first masters degree programme and part of my second masters degree programme.

First Job - October 2009 to October 2013
First Masters - October 2009 to September 2010
Second Masters - October 2012 to October 2014

The job and both of the degree programmes were both full time. Don't ask me how I did it, I myself can't explain lol (-: .It was extremely grueling
but I pulled through.

Hi everyone,
In the post ITA process to collect all the required documents, I have came across several questions about "certified photocopy" and I would be grateful if you can help me on these matters.
Translation;
I checked the translation requirements from the following link:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/apply-permanent-residence/scan-upload-documents.html
And I found the following requirements:
  • an English or French translation > Have met
  • a certified photocopy of the original document > Question?
  • an affidavit from the person who completed the translation (if they’re not a certified translator) > Have met [Docs are translated in Canada]
Question?
1-I translated my documents in Canada and the translator put his stamp (as he put on the translations) on the attached copy of documents to the translations, I want to make sure does just putting the translator’s stamp satisfy the “a certified photocopy of the original document” clause in translation requirements from IRCC’s website for translated documents? Or he had to put a stamp with the phrase like “This is a certified true copy” on the attached photocopies or do I have request certified copy from someone else?

Police Certificate;
2-I have lived in Canada for the past 3 years on student permit and later on work permit, which is supposedly must be considered as residing in Canada. Last year, I visited my home country and after I returned back to Canada, I requested and received my police certificate (with the issue date after my arrival in Canada) from my home country. Can I use this police certificate by considering the following clause* from IRCC website?
*“For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant stayed in that country”

Thank you

While filing the PR application, they ask travel history, and in that they also ask the cities travelled. I don't remember exactly on which dates I was in a specifix city, as my travel history is too long. What shall I do?

While mentioning the travel date, you need to mention the the date when you entered and exited the port of the country. It can't be done without that. For visa on arrivals you can check that on passport, rest you have remember and mention that on the travel history section.
