Express entry profile not elligible

Hi,
Recently i got a new work permit, and during update the existing profile, i got a massage profile not elligible , Can you please advice next step, I cant do any modification now, it freezed.

What is your profile? NOC? What type of permit? All documents are valid and not expired.

Previous NOC 62024 ( Teer2)
New One 70012 ( Teer 0)
previous one 2020 January to 2023 November
New one Start 2023 November
( i may did something wrong while filling the form? )

Are you on a new LMIA with the new NOC and counting 50 points? Is all of this Canadian experience. Assume IELTS and ECA are valid. What are your IELTS bands? You may be answering a question wrong.

I had a LMIA for previous job and got New LMIA for Noc 70012. all in canadian experience.
My question, can i create a new profle with same email or need to create new GC account. (even i cant withdraw existing profile)
