Express entry profile ineligible

Hi,
I had created my express entry profile but i had not submitted it, once i received the ielts results hard copy I submitted my profile. I got the status as "profile ineligible".

Before creating the profile i evaluated with "come to canada tool" it showed that i am eligible to apply through express entry. Can someone help me what am i missing. And there was no CRS score generated in the express entry profile after I submitted it. But CRS calculator shows 362.

Family - 1 Members
Proof of fund - 12300
Ielts - 6.5 overall
Work experience - more than 3 years
Representative - No
Provinces and Territories of Interest - All,
Nomination and Selection - No
I do not have any relatives in canada.

That's your CRS, I don't need to know that. If you score less than 67 points then that is the reason your profile is ineligible.

yes it is coming to 64, that is the reason. If i retake the ielts can i update the profile? Because i do not see an option to edit the profile.

No, you would have to create a new profile.

Sorry the total score is coming to 68, there was a mistake in calculation of ielts.
Language (speaking - 7, listening - 6.5, reading - 6.5, writing - 6.5 ) = 20
earlier i took as 16 so it was only 64.

Other reasons:

1 - Not assessing your educational credentials.
2 - Not having a year of continuous work experience in your Primary NOC.
3 - Counting work experience in the six selection factors that does not involve your Primary NOC.

I have assessed educational credentials with wes = 21
I have continuous work experience in my primary NOC = 15
Counting work experience involves my Primary NOC.

Hope my ielts calculation is correct.

As long as your calculations are correct, your NOC is 0, A, B and your work experience is within the past 10 years I do not see an apparent reason as to why your profile is ineligible. Try taking your time when creating a new profile.

For the question "Does "candidate name" have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province or territory?" i have selected the answer as No.

Because i do not have any certificate of qualification from a Canadian province or territory.

Just trying to figure out the mistake before creating new profile.

That answer is correct, most applicants wouldn't have a certificate of qualification.

Provincial Nominee Program - Not Met
Canadian Experience Class - Not Met
Federal Skilled Trades - Not Met

My NOC is A, I am just trying to understand where did i miss.

I have selected as No I am not sure if it is correct.
