Express Entry profile ineligible

You can create a new EE profile.
My january EE profile was also ineligible due to same reason.
But I created a new EE profile last April (which is my 1 year working in Canada) and luckily i was received an ITA on April 10, 2015 under CEC.

Con you please confirm me whether you created new EE profile with new GC Key or with the same GC Key? I read on CIC website that one can't create 2 or more EE profiles.

To solve ineligible issue under EE is very simple.
When you are filling the educational section for yourself
and spouse,ensure you fill the following completely.
1.University/Polytechnic education
2.Secondary School/High school education
3.Primary/Elementary education.
With this you will not have this issue any more.

Same GC key your old ineligible profile should not be a problem because it is already submitted and rejected.
Do your profile now. There might be a draw tomorrow.
