Express Entry plus Province Nomination

Hi, I am trying for Express entry. I am going to complete 2 years in next 2 months but still while calculating my score I am not getting enough points to get picked in draw. Right now I am in Ontario and have worked more than 6 months in Manitoba in last year. Will I be eligible for any province nomination program? How can I get my case strong?
