That's correct. It will still be valid!

What is the exact relation between the PCC date and date of departure from that country? Is it acceptable if there is some time gap (about a week or two) between issuance of PCC and date of leaving that country? Could you please help on this.

The PCC for countries you have resided in the past are valid indefinitely if that PCC was issued after your last departure from the country.

Hi Rajkamal, foreign work reference letters when mentioning salary should it be mentioned in letter as CAD equivalent salary or local currency is fine?

Thank you Raj.

I have CRS 462 and I might return to my country in about one and half month after staying about 3 years in Korea. Hopefully may get ITA in next few draws :). So I was considering of taking PCC before I leave Korea. But as there will be some time difference between me receiving it and me flying back (as i want to be on safe side and collect PCC at least few days before flight). Thus, my concern is how can I manage to get PCC in Korea now (and avoid all the complicated process that might arise when i have to do from my country). Thank you a lot for the help in this regard :).

Local currency only. No need to mention it in terms of CAD.

No. The minimum requirement is that you have at least 12 months continuous work experience in one NOC. As long as you satisfy that, you can add up the years of your other employment periods (doesn't matter if they are in a different NOC or if they are continuous or broken). All NOC s you choose must fall under NOC 0/A/B though!

As per CRS tool kit - In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have (not in canada)? It must have been paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation (NOC skill type 0, A or B).
Could you please elaborate on this. Can I claim to have had 3 years of work experience in total with 1 year and 7 months in one (NOC type B) and then 1 year and 3 months in another (NOC type A)?

Hi Everyone,

I need help with calculation of my points as apparently there is a huge difference between the canadavisa and cic crs calculator.

If anyone can please help me calculating my points, that'd be greatly appreciated.

Age 24, single

IETLS max out

Please advise, anyone?

Hi guys, I took off my foreign work experience from my profile and I expected it to reduce my points (548-498), but on my profile it is still showing 548. How long does it take for it to change on the site as well? Did i do something wrong? Work history is the only place to enter work experience right?

It all depends on when you receive ITA.
If you have an ITA already, then you can get medicals and PCC done from India.

If not, then obtain your Indian PCC from Indian embassy in Canada (after you return from India) and get medicals done only after receiving ITA.
