Express Entry Experience Question! Please help!

For CEC eligibility, you get to add up all NOC 0, A and B Canadian experience in the 3 years before you apply.

For CRS points, you get to add up all NOC 0, A and B Canadian experience in the last 10 years before you apply.

Here's a suggestion. Write down all your Canadian and Foreign work experience in the following format, and I will tell you how much work experience you already have:

First day of job, last day of job, NOC code, hours per week

Go back 10 years. If your hours per week change, put a new line with the new hours per week and the respective dates.

Hi,
I was wondering if you got an invitation and PR as a shift supervisor at Starbucks. Since I am planning on applying for PR the same as your case, It would be really helpful if you can share your experience.
what I am curious are the following:
- how did you describe your job duties as a shift supervisor and prove your experience?
- what job title did you submit? did you submit a title that is exactly the name like the examples shown on CIC website? or did you just write shift supervisor?
- how did you prove your work hours per week?
- how did you get all the documents regarding work? did you call partners resources of Starbucks?
