Express Entry - e-APR Submitted in November 2016

Hello
Any idea how much time does NDVO take for passport stamping. I submitted my passport on 15 th March at Chandigarh VFS and they told me it will take a week.
Its been a week and the vfs tracking status still shows 'being processed at New Delhi visa office'. I had planned my travel already, so any way to expedite this?

I got mail around 4 PM IST 21st march. It is similar as request for schedule A. Mail says 'new message in your account' and in CIC , there is a request letter pdf.

Hello everyone.. My background check just changed today it is "we are currently doing your background checks".
i guess yesterday it was your "Background check is in progress"....
Aor 7th nov cec inland applicant... does anyone have an idea am i close to ppr ? or still my background will change to not applicable... I think my background check changed for the first time.... Thanx and appreciate any kind of help...
