Congrats.... My Background check is also In Progress.

This is the last step in application processing in which security, criminality and or medicals is checked.

After that, PPR is issued.

Me too, exactly the same since Nov 18.

Starting to worry now, its been a long time now.
Anshul

i believe i have read somewhere on CIC website that medical can take as long a two months...so i dont think we can do much than to wait.

A lot of people seem to be getting stressed about the application status on CIC.
Guys there is no reason to panic so early.
Raj and others have stressed this multiple times before, expect a standard processing time of 6 months. Anything you get before that is well and good otherwise it is only going to lead to disappointment.

It is recommended to order notes post the 90 day mark to get anything concrete out of it.

It is barely 1.5 months for most of us here since eAPR
Remember, each case/applicant is different. These things take time.. So relax, our turn will come ;D :D

Thanks Rafzy for your outcome.few questions more
1.what is R10 and what it indicates to be passed
2.what comes in 11.2

How long the LOcal Vo takes for PPR

Thanks a lot

R10 (Completeness check) -- they will verify if they have received all the documents, will notify you if you have missed any
A11.2 (Analyst Recommendation) -- they will verify if you are actually eligible for the program you have applied under and calculate CRS and if your CRS was above cutoff for that draw.

Can anyone please help me how I can contact NDVO? As raising a CSE and submitting a document always sends the inquiry to IRCC.

Thanks!

Hi Abid91,

You got a reply saying "We can confirm the reception of the documents". Does that mean they accepted your updated reference letter and added to your file.?

Thanks
