@Raj, I think IRCC allows participation in only one pre-arrival and/or 1 Post-arrival program as these programs are funded by Canada Government.

Okay, I am not sure about that. I'll check.

However, I have already registered with CIIP too. I might be attending a session with them in Jan/Feb.

Hello seniors,

I didn't see the sections to upload the
federal forms which had to fill in the pnp
process.

I am in the epar section where I get the
document cheklist which shows the passport,
marrige certificate,education detail,medical ,police certificate
etc.and finally the fees payment..is it all the procedure or
after we pay there is the section to upload those forms.

I can see candidates are requested to provide
schedule A forms more often.how such happens if
we don't upload those forms in the eapr section.

One more question, where do we keep our birth certificate
.your suggestion is highly appreciated.Thanks

You don't have separate placeholders for Schedule 4 or Schedule A. You can upload these in the LOE section.

Provincial Nominees(PNP) - If you are a provincial nominee would suggest you to submit copy of nominaton certificate and Schedule 4 (IMM0008_4E) upfront along with LOE. Though these are not asked for when submitting eAPR, later you will be requested to submit Schedule 4.

Statutory Questions - In case you answer 'Yes' to any Statutory Questions, then explain the reason for the same in LOE and also submit Schedule A (IMM5669E) along with LOE. Though Schedule A is not asked for when submitting eAPR, later you will be requested to submit Schedule A.

No, Birth Certificate is not required for the PA or the spouse. It is required only for children.

You can register right away. You would need your UCI for this. Please check their website for more information!

Well, do careful research before you enroll for any program. The problem is once you attend a session, you may become ineligible to attend any other similar/better program.

There are 100's of companies running these programs and some of them are only interested to get your COPR info without really helping the immigrants. Some will just show you pre-recorded youtube type videos and say Good Bye. With our UCI/COPR info, these companies bill Canadian government, some as high as $2500 per person ..... so it's a very lucrative business.

Pre-Arrival/Post-Arrival, all these so called "settlement agencies" will chase you like anything for your COPR info so just be watchful

I agree to this. This is online prog. Whereas there are many prog run all over the country with a full day sessions.
So as you said we can enroll in only one prog.we must do a thorough research before joining..there is ample of time and i think these sessions must be attended post PPR

Yes, correct. However, the PrepCan session was very useful. It was not a generic session. It was very personalized - I had a chance to voice my concerns and ask questions very specific to my area of education and work. I was also able to describe my expectations when I land in Canada. The mentor told me she'll be happy to go for another session with me sometime in the near future. The session was worthwhile, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

I registered for CIIP first with my UCI and my application was approved. I am not able to travel to nearby cities at the moment so I chose an online session from PrepCan. I did not have any trouble registering for PrepCan (even though my UCI was submitted to and validated by CIIP first).

I suppose I might be able to attend the CIIP session as well. Neither of these ask for COPR/details from COPR. I was able to register and attend only with my UCI.

When this session has to be attended is a personal preference. These sessions include some things that you might need some time to perfect - draft an expert resume, make modifications to your Linkedin profile, get recommendations etc so if you are doing this post PPR, you *might* miss out on some of the "to-do" tasks.

Hey @Raj, how about sharing your PrepCan learnings with us on the forum .... I know it's a personalized thing but basic info or resume/linked-in tips etc. will help all of us.

Thanks in advance !

I will be receiving an action plan by e-mail. I have given them information and I have taken down some notes; However, I am yet to receive my action plan from my mentor. When I get one, I will try to share as much information as possible.
