Update : My wife was requested to undergo additional medical tests in Decemeber. We got the reports of the test yesterday after 8 weeks and she was asked to come to CMM again for a chest x ray. We went for the x ray yesterday and consulted the PP. The physician ensured us that the reports are completely normal and there is nothing to worry as of now. They informed us that the PPs report will be sent to CIC in the next couple of days. Fingers crossed and hoping that we soon see the Medicals Passed update on our application.

Hi Seniors,

I am FSW-O applicant and received eAOR 4/5 Dec 2016. Got my medical passed within a week and background status changed to not needed at this time on 15 Dec 2016. It is been almost two months and there is no change in my status at all.
While I understand that process takes 6 months and anything before that is a bonus, I wonder my application progressed very rapldly in the beginning and I am concerned about such a halt now.

Should I be concerned? Should I request UCI number, GCMS notes? Or just wait till I receive email notification?

My NOC is 0213 and only my husband is added as dependent in my application.

I have some short travel to European countries (fee weeks) and my husband travelled to US as well for a month. Which should be normal I believe.

I am from Bangalore India so hoping the VO will be NDVO.

Please guide.

If CIC sends a notification email, it is always received after 24 hours.....100% sure

Everything is at GO SLOW with NDVO. nothing to worry. just relax for 6 months from AOR.

I know its not certain without looking at the notes, but I guess it would be fair to assume that the file may now have been transferred to the local VO?

I have the same case.
AOR Oct. 30
Medical Passed: Nov.1
BgC In progress: Nov.2
No changes since then.
I ordered my GCMS notes which show eligibility/medicals/criminality passed on Nov.2
Security checks since then.
I'm FSW-O also.

Most likely only after status changes back from NN - > NS is your file gonna be in local VO.

My BG statis has gone from NN-NS and then NS-NN now.. So i would imagine the next update should be NN-IP

Most probably yes!

If your application follows the USUAL path then it's being transferred to you LVO and as soon as its assigned to someone there (this can take about 2 weeks) they'll start analyzing. Now, depending on the VO (and on the office I guess) you status can go to IP as soon as they start or it can remain as is right up to the last minute and then go to IP for a about a week... Or, as some have reported, it can keep flipping IP - NS/NN - IP - NS/NN...

AOR 6 December, only medical passed. I ordered GCMSnotes, it says my file is held awaiting response from PS regarding PC. I don't know what that means!
