Can you guys tell me how you uploaded the non-english documents? Did you just translate them at certified court translator or did you also notarize them?
We uploaded only translation (without notarization) with an affidavit from the person who completed the translations and, of course, an original document.

Perhaps the backlog is in Ottawa because they're too busy planning what seems to be one hell of a party?

Not gonna lie, that looks pretty epic.

I am fine with this. :P

I agree! In fact, I think I'm going to be disappointed to learn it's not the reason for the delay! *may or may not also be planning a trip to Ottawa now*

Read the posts above yours. You'll see it's common and nearly all of us are in the same boat.

Thanks for your reply, I did the same, but I got confused because I read on the cic page that they want certified copy which was not logical to me.

You can order GCMS notes to find out. You can also raise a CSE and find out. I would prefer the former as it has a wealth of information about your application. 3 months post AOR is a good time to order notes (though you can order earlier than that).

Translator should be certified e.g. one with ATIO certified translator. They generally have their golden seal and that is enough, as per my understanding.

Are you from December AOR list Mumbai_Maratha?

Hi all,

When the Background check status is : In progress

Does it mean that my application is sent to the LVO ?

Thanks
