What usually VO do to check the the previous job experience? I have 2 job experiences related to my NOC and already left both of them.
what will they do to verify these jobs?
Um quite tensed about these matters. All HR ppl are not so friendly in responding query.

I think the best thing we have is GCMS note. I have found some samples. Hope it helps.
