What usually VO do to check the the previous job experience? I have 2 job experiences related to my NOC and already left both of them.
what will they do to verify these jobs?
Um quite tensed about these matters. All HR ppl are not so friendly in responding query.

I have the same question. Do they routinely verify reference letters or only if they have any doubts?

IMO, as long as your reference letters are neat and true, you should just relax and not worried about it.

I just realized the while filling the details i entered my company name as ABC pvt. ltd. but in the documents in have mentioned it as ABC education pvt. ltd. any suggestions on this?

I have almost completed all my documentation for my express entry application. I received invitation to apply. I am stuck at getting one experience letter from a past employer since the company merged into another company and the new management does not have sufficient record. Could you please tell me what to do. They might issue an experience letter but I'm afraid it won't be as detailed as required by CIC. This is an employer I used to work for around 6 years ago. Would CIC be ruling out against me if the experience letter doesn't show details as required by them.

Note: My present employer and other past employers are providing the letters which do satisfy the requirements. Could you please tell me how critical this one letter would be? Do they allow exceptions for e.g if I provide my correspondence with the ex-employer which confirms the company does not exist and new management has no past record, If I provide verifiable documents relating to company being dissolved?

Hi,
One thing you may consider is that if you're not claiming points for the company you worked for 6 years ago, then you may not bother yourself to get a reference letter in the first place. You can remove the company record from work history section of eAPR form and add it to personal history for reference.

reg reference checks, HR staff have changed with my old employers.. they may say something wrong because of lack of knowledge or because of different terminology. should I tell them to expect a call so that they keep my file at hand to answer questions?

I am expecting to be invited in the next draw.
But my express entry profile is expiring in Jan 2017.
Should I create a new profile before expiration? how do I link my ITA in the new file if I got ITA in my current file?
