You must submit your diplomas (along with a translation if they are not in English or French) for which your WES assessment was made. If you only submitted the WES report than most likely they would reject your application. I've seen this happen to other applicants in other forums!chefdada said:

You may not qualify for FSW if the ECA is not done as it is the minimum req you have to meet for FSW. Check CIC website more on MEC EE FSW.
