Hitting the 2 months mark tomorrow.

I've applied on April 10th. Medical Passed on April 15th. Background check still Not Started.

ECAS - Application received - 3 lines

In Canada - FSW (no lmia).

Praying and hoping to hear some good news soon. The patience game is hard .. But we gotta keep the hope.

Judging from others, within a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are usually when most PPRs are sent out (even though saw some that get on the weekends)

got my fingerprints scanned for RCMP today, the officer said it would take 2 to 8 weeks, however CIC mentioned 3 days on the website, anybody did RCMP before could you please let me know how long is it going to take? Thanks.

I receive a request that I need to submit RCMP within 2 months, but CIC website shows it doesn't need criminal check if live in Canada....I have no idea the situation....

BTW, my partner doesn't receive a request (ONLY me, principal applicant), are you a single applicant? if not, does your spouse receive the request as well?? Many thanks
