Hi.
I have this situation on my case:

Application/profile status - Open
Review of eligibility - Review in Progress
Review of medical results - Not needed at this time
Review of submitted documents - No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview - Not needed at this time
A background check is needed - Not Started
A final decision has been reached - Not Started

I applied on March 21 and got Acknowledgement of receipt on March 26 and still any changes. Already about 2 months and nothing. Maybe somebody know why?
Can you post your ECAS Status (current and before) if any documents requested?

We received your application for permanent residence on March 23, 2015. It was since March 23 and any changes, any documents requested.

Most likely your medicals are not received by CIC. I have seen after medicals are received, they start updating everything.

It depends on how many applicants in your application and what are the grades on your medical reports. After medicals are done by a Panel doctor they will mark as Grade A or B. If any one is Grade B in your application they will take more time to review.
You can ask your doctor as to what were your grades.
In any case Health Branch will get back to you in average 2 months after they received your medicals.
Hope this helps and All the best.

4.4 IME grading

Prior to submitting the IME, the panel physician must provide a grade for the IME.

eMedical-enabled Panel Clinics

An IME grade will be provided automatically by the system based on the reported findings.
Grade A indicates that there are no abnormal findings present and no significant abnormal history.
Grade B indicates that there are significant abnormal findings present and/or an abnormal history.
If the system has provided an A-grade and the panel member believes that there are significant abnormal findings, he/she may change the grade to B.
If the system has provided a B-grade, it cannot be changed to an A-grade.
No comments are permitted for A-grade IMEs.
Comments are mandatory for B-grade IMEs.

I agree with you I submitted my app March 11th and medicals have not been passed yet but when I contacted the doctor's office they said it was sent on February 23rd and March 8th. When I call CIC they not able to give ANY information.

Does anyone have any idea of how to follow up on medicals?

Any FST applicants had any movement with their applications? I'm now 16 weeks since application and have had no movement or updates since AOR

And don't worry if your report is classified as Grade B. Some Panel Physicians over smart, they will mark Grade B even if your BP is on the border. This is what my doctor did which took 3 months for my medicals to be passed.
