Expree entry profile scores not updating after 2 years work experience

Hi Seniors,

Could please help my query below:

I created my EE profile in June 2015.

I completed my 2 years work experience in Jan 1 2016 but my scores did not update properly.

I got points for
Age : 100
Education : 119
IELTS: 99
Work Experience 46

Transferbility skills points:

Edu. + CLB 7 = 25
EDu. + Canadian Work experince = 25
Foreign Work Exp + CLB 7 = 13
Foriegn Work Exp + Candian work experince = 25

My points are 452 now should be 464. I called cic they asked me to put inquiry in Technical difficulties section but i did not get any reply.

Any suggestions please Thanks in advance.

You may create your new profile in the same account as far as the other profile is incorrect.

as you cant edit an this bad profile.
