Hi everyone,

After 9 years and 3 appeals, My father-in-law got his immigrant visa last year. My brother-in-law got sick and decided to take care of his health first. When he was ready to buy a plane ticket for father in law, they realized that the expiry was 02/01/2019!!! It goes by dd/mm/yyy right?

What can he do at this point????? Would immigration allow him in Canada and reapply here????

Thank you for your input.

After 9 years and 3 appeals, you'd think they would have looked closer at the expiry. IRCC uses dd/mm/yy and PR visas are use it or lose it.
