Expired TRV but valid Study Permit- Can I return to Canada with same status?

Hi, I finished my studies in April 2024 and my Study Permit expires in July 2024. I am currently waiting on my PGWP, and I have a job. My TRV expired in January. I wanted to travel to the US BEFORE the Study Permit expiration because of a family matter, and according to the IRCC, I can return to Canada with an expired TRV if I only visit the US and my Study Permit isn't expired. However, will I lose status because I've already graduated? I want to keep my job. Thank you!

Where are you traveling to?

The U.S. It says on the IRCC that I should be able to return if I only visit the US and my Permit hasn't expired, however, I'm worried this exemption won't apply since I already completed my studies.
