You need to provide more information.

Do you meet the residency requirement? Have you lived in Canada for 2 out of the last 5 years? If so, then apply for a PR Travel Document.

If not, then it becomes a lot more complicated.

Looks like your PR card expired in 2015 and you only stayed in Canada for 25 days since you landed. Is that the case? Was there a reason you couldn’t move for 10+ years?

Yes , I just stayed in Canada for 25 days, Planing to revisit Canada in a year time , In mean while a false domestic violence case was registered by our sister-in-law , which almost took 6 years to settle down.
later the case was mutually settled outside court. We have all the documents related to the case.
Any chances of getting PR back on Humanitarian & Compassionate grounds. Thanks.

Regards,

You can try apply for a PR Travel Document under Humanitarian & Compassionate grounds. It's impossible for any of us to say if it will be approved. I'm assuming you were named in the domestic violence case and your passport was held preventing you from traveling to Canada.

@scylla I have a question, are we not supposed to inform IRCC if there is a case filed against us when we are on PR?

Greetings

Can any one , pls help with the below query.

Regards
I would suggest you to do what @scylla is telling you to. Lawyers are known to milk every last penny out of you. H&C is granted in extreme cases only, yours may not fall into that. You can search and read some of the judgments which have been passed by the Canadian courts. Better would be to give up your PR and start afresh.

If you want the best chances of H&C you should apply as soon as the case is settled. You could technically move to Canada now.
