What about the option of R208 - PR with short expiry date can get job offer without LIMO if I understand correctly?

No - you are not understanding correctly.

This has nothing to do with PR. This relates to TRP holders (temporary resident permit). A TRP is a special type of visa used by those who are otherwise inadmissible to Canada (typically due to a crime). Doesn't apply to you in any way. Doesn't have anything to do with PR holders.

Reactions: Asking for advice
If the authorities will decide to terminate our PRs - could it be helpfull to write them that two older children alredy in Canadian schools and it will be difficult for them to leave to a home country after a year in Canada. Or to use the Canadian experience in order to apply for PR. Or a student visa for me?

Thing is this:
From what you have disclosed, your whole family is in the RO violation. So if you get reported, you will have rather short time to appeal with your H&C story.
Your children had no problems until now to attend school in the other country. And they will barely arrive with you to Canada. You are also obliged to send your children to school.
So how exactly you want to use the bare minimum where your children just started to attend school in Canada as you H&C?

Also be aware, that any visa renewal for your youngest child might trigger investigation. (as why to renew visa if you should apply for sponsorship instead).

That is why the safest advice you got is, that one parent will try to get in without being reported. Then he or she will stay low for 2 years and then the rest of you can follow.
That way even if rest of the family will be reported you can be easily sponsored back to Canada.
An alternative option to this scenario is to travel with 2 older children and not being reported.

TRV application shouldn't trigger PR RO investigation. Logically it would but apparently it doesn't.
