Experience Overlap Query for Express Entry under FSW

I have an experience overlap of one week in my previous company and current company.
Previous company exist date: 4th Feb 2019
Current company start date: 28th January 2019
Can I get it written on the both experience and reference certificate from both companies OR just explain the situation in LOE?

Yes, you can attach a LOE. You will get credit for one week of experience no matter how many jobs you worked in that week, as long as you worked over 30 hours.
