Experience letter query

Hello Guys
I am in EE pool and claiming points for one-year experience from my optional cum paid internship program. As of now, I have already obtained the experience certificate with the relevant job duties and other details from the concerned health institute and I got payment in the form of stipend and in cash. So, do I have to avail the income tax declaration document along with this letter? My stipend was in non-taxable figures and the internship period was 3 years ago. Also, the institute will never aid me in this scenario!
So, what should I do now?

I don't know that too! I am not sure. do i have to provide the tax report ?

I am expecting an ITA in feb 2020.

If you get the complete letter, as required per IRCC, you don't need pay stubs, or tax reports.
