Dear All members,

check your 2nd AOR letter,under the canadian flag is your second file number and on the left of this number is a three numbers.
mine is 013. so if I am correct in this year visa will be stamped if every thing go smoothly. All members please check that and let us prove that.

I think you are from ND VO . it means that your application will be finalised within 24 months from your second AOR date.

It's not helpfull anymore about that prediction of 013 numbers. I am with that number waiting for update since over a year... many of in backlog with same code and stop guessing.

my 2 cents....yes.. guessing does not work with CIC.. :-\

carry on with your life and dont be completely dependent on this immigration....because of the way things are moving now and resulting in such a huge backlog..... let the immigration officer surprise you.. till then keep moving on..

No, 013 means 2013

Our number was 013 and we have our visa and permanent resident cards.

So I can assure you that 013 does not mean 2013.

I realise the wait is very frustrating for some of you, but it's probably healthier not to sit second guessing what CIC numbers mean!
