On behalf of my dad I have applied for eTA visa to Canada .They reviewed his file got withdrawn .They ask for LOE and have to make a gc key account in the message it says a revie review of your file shows that you may still be or once were a canadian PR .Canadian PR are not eligible to apply for eTA.my dad is never went to canada and never in his life applied for canada He is American permanent resident. Can anybody help me please with this situation where can I cantact.thanks
