So my dad applied for an ETA with a British Passport in August 2024. He is still waiting for a decision to this day.
He had a 5 year visa on his old (non British passport) which expired around September 2024.
Is there any way we can contact or understand what is happening with application? Has anyone else experienced this and managed to resolve it?
