Error when uploading documents

I am trying to upload my documents for MPNP online but whenever I am trying to add the scanned image, it says Unable to complete the requested transaction. All of the documents I am trying to upload are in jpg or jpeg format and less than 1MB in size so I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. Is there anyone here who can help me? :'(

I am also encountering the same error which has been there for more than 24 hours. I believe it is a problem with their server. I hope they fix it soon so people can submit their applications in time before deadline. It is very frustrating.
Any tips or solution from anyone so far?
