I submitted my EOi in Feb with 60points. New draws was posted this March and I haven't received any ITA yet. The minimum point posted was 60 too. Do I still stand a chance of being invited to apply?

60 is the minimum score but draws are never that low. Last time your NOC was drawn was a year ago and the score was 70. Are you from the Ukraine because the draws over the past week for Ukrainian citizens were 60.

So you would not get a nomination with 60 as that was for Ukrainian citizens (about 30 people). The link posts the past draws. The last time your NOC was drawn, it was a score of 70. Draws, except for skilled trades, do not go below 65.
