Hi Brayana

Recently I got refusal from canada for visitor visa but someone is offering me pre approved LMIA . I just want to know that does recent refusal will affect if I apply for work permit or not?
Pls let me know?

First: Are you sure it is a genuine job offer? Are you sure you are not being scammed? Have you been asked to pay money for this job/work permit for processing, etc?

Yes! Its Genuin
Because the person who is offering is one of my relatives known person. But my concern is does my refusal will affect this it bcoz i just got refusal recently

You would need to prove you have ties to your home country even if you apply for a work permit. Lack of ties was probably one of the reasons for your TRV refusal.

That said, it would seem like you're trying to move to Canada by any visa (TRV first, and now work permit). Maybe you should wait for a few months before you apply for a work permit.

You would want to consider double checking if the LMIA is genuine. There are far too many scams going around. Plus, the chances of an employer wanting to hire a non-Canadian from abroad is almost zero unless you have specialist skills
