Dear all,

I have this doubt, I'm gonna try to enter Canada in US border crossing, I haven't met the PR requirements so I might get reported. In case I get reported do I still have the right to enter Canada to appeal the PR status or the Immigration officer might not allow me to enter and lose my PR status right there in the border?

I want to see if crossing the border with a family member who is Canadian Citizen might help for them to al least let me in and resolve the status inside of Canada.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
They can't revoke your PR on the spot. They can offer you to renounce it and you would say no. In that case, they must let you enter but the worst they can do is report you for not meeting the residency requirements in which case, you would be able to appeal and stay in Canada during the time they process it.
