I got an offer letter from sprott shaw college canada for pg diploma in global business management i would like to know that after completing the course whether i will be able to apply for PGWP

Sprott Shaw is a private institution so unlikely you would get a PGWP, you need to attend a public college given PGWPs are rarely issued post attending private colleges

So how can i finalize that. It means i have to drop my plan to continue with sprott shaw.

Up to you...you can continue to apply to study there or not....depends on if the PGWP is what you are after.
