Hi Guys,

I have also applied for MEM Winter '14 batch in uottawa.

My infoweb account is showing the following message since August 9th 2013 :

Dear Mr. Irfan Ali Mulla :


We have received the required documents in order to proceed with the evaluation of your admission application to the following program: Master of Engineering, Engineering Management for the Winter 2014 session. Please note that you may be asked to submit additional documents. We will begin to review your file within the next few weeks.


Once a decision has been made, an email will be sent to you and it will be posted in your InfoWeb account.

Which is the same that all the guys who are awaiting their verdicts are getting. I guess a few of the guys would have got there admits by now whose documents were received in the last week of July. Keep posting down the LOA dates would help for reference.

My Profile :

Diploma : Electronics and Telecommunication --> 78.56%
Degree : Electronics Engineering --> 63.5% ( Mumbai University )
Work experience : 2 years and 2 months
Designation : Account Manager in a leading System Integrator
IELTS : 7 ( Not less than 7 in any )

Hope this profile is good enough to get an Admit. :

Guys when wer ur files completed,the date i meant!

And yes i guess you will have to courier them Official sealed transcripts.

I have got the same thing in my Infoweb account.

I had sent my Transcripts along with the attested photocopy of my Diploma in my package. After seeing the Infoweb update, i have e-mailed them the scanned copy of my Diploma.

But i am confused whether they meant my Diploma proof or Degree proof.

I have done my Diploma in Electronics and Telecom and my Degree in Electronics.

Is it the same with you or have you done 12th + Degree.

It normally takes 1 month for the verdict.

In my case I got the mail on 9th August and the admit on 10th September.

So wait for another week... btw where are you based out of. .
