Employer copy pasted NOC(2174) duties on the reference letter

HR told me all our job description is developed from the noc code...

what should I do now.. anyone has any idea? I ask HR if I can write a sample letter for them to review as a reference. they refused but agree to do some adjustments to the reference letter, and HR is now replace it with my responsibility from job offer listed duties..

Is that ok?
Please help me.

If they give you a reference letter, signed with letterhead on the duties. I would not care. Immigration will contact them if they feel something is not right

Same happened to me, they just added that my duties are write, modify, integrate and test software code. Would that be fine?

I am not sure, but I read too many cases that say they got rejected with no chance to argue again because have the same duties copy and pasted from the IRCC website.
